The Helpdesk plays a central role in providing you with high

scheduling and coordinating all activities realting to your
site.
In more than 80% of cases the helpdesk resolves your problem
in the first instance. In the other 20% of cases the helpdesk
organises the appropriate resources to attend to your issue.

are only a phone call or click of the mouse away to provide
experienced guidance and answers to keep your system up and
running. Our staff are not "computer geeks" and will
provide answers in plain English explaining each step as they
go.
If the situation requires we may need to login to your computer
in order to resolve the issue, Using specialised remote control
software, we'll show you how to connect your computer to our
Helpdesk. This means that we can see your screen and move the
mouse, just as if we were sitting in front of the computer!
For clients on a Support Assurance Plan this technology can
be used to perform remote server maintenance, or apply critical
patches.
