Support Assurance:
Many of us don't realise how reliant we are on computers. Corrupt
files, power surges, virus attacks, hackers, human error and
software problems can all cause computer systems to fail.
The reality is that without regular care and maintenance it
is possible for your system to be down for extended periods
of time, causing serious disruption to your business activities.
When things go wrong you probably contact your support company
for help. They arrive at your site, fix the problem and bill
you. But fixing problems is the easy part, preventing in the
first place them is another matter.
Our Support Assurance Plans are designed to prevent problems
occurring in the first place.
It has been shown that even the most stable system requires
ongoing care and maintenance. Whilst ad hoc support will resolve
immediate problems critical parts of your system such as file
servers, networks and accounting software require regular proactive
monitoring and maintenance to ensure high levels of performance
and reliability.
Our experience has been that once the Support Assurance Plan
has been established you are able to "lock in" the
support costs and minimise expenses.
In fact we are so confident that Support Assurance Plans prevents
problems that we have developed the Free Safety Assurance Time
and Replacements Parts policies. Support Plan clients can use
these features to have problems fixed for free.
For a fixed monthly fee we take responsibility for your information
technology systems and become your own IT department, preventing
problems and unnecessary expense. Our objective is to provide
you with a better service at a more manageable cost.
Support Assurance Plans are available from just $40.00 per
week.
As well as our premium Support Assurance Plans two other levels
of support are available to provide onsite management and support
of your system. They are based on either pre-paid or casual
contracts and are flexible plans designed to your requirements.
They cover your ad-hoc and emergency requirements.....
